Video Calling
Video Calling with JubileeTV is a bi-directional call between the JubileeTV Console (the TV End User) and the JubileeTV App (the App User).
The camera for the TV End User is embedded in the JubileeTV Console. The microphone for the TV End User is embedded in the JubileeTV Remote.
The camera and microphone for the App User is their mobile device or computers camera and speakers.
There are 2 main types of Video Calls: AutoConnect Video Calls and normal Video Calls. Each Video Call can also be an audio-only call, if preferred.
A normal Video Call (from App User to TV End User) requires that the TV End User accepts the call before it is connected.
An AutoConnect Video Call (from App User to TV End User) does not require the TV End User to accept the call.

The Primary Admin can make both normal Video Calls and AutoConnect Video Calls by default. These permissions can not be changed.
An app user with Contact Admin permissions can make both normal Video Calls and AutoConnect Video Calls by default. These permissions can not be changed. If the Primary Admin does not want an app user to be able to make AutoConnect Video Calls, the app user's permissions should be changed to Contact.
A app user with Contact permissions can make normal Video Calls by default. If this app user wants to make AutoConnect Video Calls, the Primary Admin or a Contact Admin needs to update the permissions of the app user in the app to allow this. To update permissions for an app user, find the app user in the Contacts section of the app and click to open up that app user's settings.
