overview the drop in feature allows jubileetv app users to instantly access the jubileetv console's camera and microphone it provides a quick, seamless way to check in on the tv user's environment without initiating a full video call or autoconnect video call permissions for drop in user permissions primary admin \<font color="#3b9f0f">no restrictions\</font> contact admin \<font color="#3b9f0f">no restrictions\</font> contact \<font color="#ef4444">disabled by default\</font> but can be \<font color="#3b9f0f">enabled for a specific contact by any admin\</font> tv user no application how it works when a jubileetv app user starts a drop in session, they will immediately see the video feed and hear the audio from the jubileetv console one way connection drop in is strictly one way the tv user will not hear or see the app user (if you need two way communication, use a standard video call or autoconnect video call instead) discreet checking the tv user does not receive an on screen notification that a drop in is active however, the 4th led light on the console will turn green to indicate the camera is in use console selection drop in connects to a single console at a time if your membership includes multiple jubileetv consoles, you must select which one you want to drop in on microphone options while using drop in, you can easily toggle between listening through the console's built in microphone or the microphone on the jubileetv remote important note if the jubileetv console's physical camera cover is closed, the camera will still turn on during a drop in session, but the video feed will be completely blocked
