the jubileetv system requires a membership and paid service plan the jubileetv console will not work without a membership and paid service plan overview the jubileetv membership comes with a variety of features including access to all jubileetv features read more about individual features in the features section unlimited contacts using the jubileetv app unlimited video calling, messaging, and photo and video sharing free virtual install (optional) with a jubileetv pro premium phone and email support signing up you create your membership and choose your service plan after you receive your jubileetv console plans there are currently three service plan options all three include the same features, benefits, and functionality pricing below rental monthly billing $39/month annual billing $389/year all in membership $789 (one time payment) purchase note the hardware (console) is purchased for $199 monthly billing $29/month annual billing $289/year all in membership $600 (one time payment) managing your membership to view or update your subscription information, navigate to the membership & service plan section within your account menu how to access your membership settings on web click your profile picture in the top right corner on mobile tap the three horizontal dots (⋯) in the top right corner managing your plan once you are on the membership & service plan page, select manage service plan from this portal, you can, update your billing information, make changes to your service plan, and more note for mobile users when you select "manage service plan" on your phone, the app will open your web browser to access the secure management portal if you are already logged in you will go straight to the management screen if you are not logged in you will be prompted to enter your email address and a one time password (otp) to re authenticate for security purposes changing your billing cycle changes to your billing cycle can be made from manage service plan limited functionality in certain cases—such as when billing information is not updated after a failed service plan payment—the jubileetv system will switch to limited functionality mode while in limited functionality mode the below features will not work on the jubileetv console video calling receiving messages, photos, videos, or reminders the below features will not work in the jubileetv app telescope drop in messaging video calling activity feed stay in touch photos and videos reminders memories (family stories & moments) voice insights (formerly voice biomarkers) cancelling your service plan please see https //getjubileetv com/pages/cancel subscription what happens when your membership is deleted when your membership is deleted, the following actions are permanent and cannot be undone all user data will be deleted photos, videos, and messages will be deleted activity feed history will be deleted daily check in data will be deleted jubileetv vision data will be deleted all associated contact accounts (primary admin, contact admins, and contacts) will be deleted the jubileetv console will no longer be linked to the tv end user or primary admin sales tax on your membership if applicable, sales tax is calculated and charged based on the billing zip code for your membership below is a list of states where tax is required and the applicable tax rate state maximum rate alabama 10% arizona 8 60% colorado 5 15% connecticut 6 35% hawaii 4 50% illinois 11% iowa 7% kentucky 6% louisiana 10% maryland 6% massachusetts 6 25% new mexico 8 19% new york 8 88% pennsylvania 8% rhode island 7% south carolina 8% south dakota 6 20% tennessee 9 75% texas 8 25% utah 7 75% vermont 6% washington 10 35% west virginia 6%
