the jubileetv system requires a membership and paid service plan the jubileetv console will not work without a membership and paid service plan overview the jubileetv membership comes with a variety of features including access to all jubileetv features read more about individual features in the features section unlimited contacts using the jubileetv app unlimited video calling, messaging, and photo and video sharing free virtual install (optional) with a jubileetv pro premium phone and email support signing up you create your membership and choose your service plan after you receive your jubileetv console plans there are currently three service plan options all three include the same features, benefits, and functionality pricing below new pricing (effective august 7, 2025) the pricing below applies if you rent or purchase the jubileetv console monthly billing $39/month annual billing $389/year all in membership at $789 (one time payment) note the option to purchase the jubileetv console with the all in membership is no longer available after august 7, 2025 old pricing the pricing below applies only if you purchase the jubileetv console monthly billing $29/month annual billing $289/year all in membership (a one time payment) $799 when purchased with the jubileetv console $600 when purchased separately grace period for those who purchase the jubileetv console, if you activate your service plan between august 7, 2025 and september 1, 2025, you'll receive the old pricing price lock in if your service plan is currently on the old pricing, it will remain at that rate indefinitely—unless you make a change please note any changes made to an activated plan on or after august 7, 2025, will be subject to the new pricing managing your membership the primary admin is responsible for the membership and service plan when the membership and service plan are created, the primary admin account will also be created the primary admin is the only person who can cancel or change the service plan viewing your membership details to see the details of your membership and service plan, navigate to the membership & service plan section in your account menu to access the account menu, on web click your profile picture (or the human icon if you don't have a picture) in the top right corner on mobile tap the three dots in the top right corner select "membership & service plan" to see your service plan details from this page, you can navigate to "manage service plan" to make changes, see your billing history, update your credit card information, and more changing your billing cycle you are able to change your billing cycle in membership & service plan > manage service plan any change you make to your billing cycle will go into effect at your next billing date here are some example scenarios if you are currently in your service plan trial, you can change your billing cycle and that change will go into effect at the end of your trial if your current billing cycle is monthly, you are not in your trial, and you wish to switch to annual billing you will be billed for an annual term at the next billing date (your billing date lines up with the date of the month when you created your membership) if your current billing cycle is annual, you are not in your trial, and you wish to switch to monthly billing the change will go into effect at the end of your current annual term pausing your membership you can pause your membership only if both of the following are true you purchased the jubileetv console as part of your membership you are on the monthly billing cycle when your membership is paused your monthly charges stops you have full access to all jubileetv features until the end of your current billing cycle once you reach the end of your current billing cycle, the jubileetv system will enter limited functionality you can reactivate any time limited functionality the below features will not work on the jubileetv console when the system is in limited functionality video calling receiving messages, photos, videos, or reminders the below features will not work in the jubileetv app when the system is in lmited functionality telescope drop in messaging video calling activity feed stay in touch photos and videos reminders cancelling your service plan & deleting your membership to cancel your service plan and/or delete your membership, go to membership & service plan > manage service plan on web click on your profile picture (or the human icon if you don't have a photo) in the top right corner then select “membership & service plan” and click “manage service plan ” on mobile tap the three three dots in the top right corner select “membership & service plan” and tap the right arrow or copy the url to open “manage service plan ” if you rent the jubileetv console as part of your membership you have 30 days from the end of your billing cycle to return the hardware a shipping label and return instructions will be sent via email your membership will be deleted once we receive the returned hardware if the hardware is not received within 30 days , a $199 charge will be applied and your membership will be deleted if you purchase the jubileetv console as part of your membership on monthly or annual billing you can cancel your service plan your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (example if you're billed monthly on the 5th and cancel on the 10th, your membership stays active until the 5th of the next month ) you can also delete your membership immediately after canceling, a "delete membership" button will appear on the all in service plan cancellation is not available you may only delete your membership in both cases, if you wish to return your jubileetv console, you must contact jubileetv support to initiate the return process if you return your console, you’ll need to cancel or delete your service plan what happens when your membership is deleted when your membership is deleted, the following actions are permanent and cannot be undone all user data will be deleted photos, videos, and messages will be deleted activity feed history will be deleted daily check in data will be deleted jubileetv vision data will be deleted all associated contact accounts (primary admin, contact admins, and contacts) will be deleted the jubileetv console will no longer be linked to the tv end user or primary admin sales tax on your membership if applicable, sales tax is calculated and charged based on the billing zip code for your membership below is
