What's New
Group Video Calling
Video Calls, both regular and AutoConnect, now support up to 4 total users (1 Console or TV User, and 3 additional users connecting via a mobile device or computer) on a single call.
How it works:
- App user or TV user starts a Video Call
- The App user in the Video Call can then invite additional app users, or a non-app user through GuestLink
- When inviting another app user, the additional app user's mobile device will ring and they can accept or deny the call
- When inviting a non-app user through GuestLink, the invited user will receive an email with a link to join the call

Telescope Talk Mode
Talk Mode creates a bi-directional audio feed between the TV User and the App user during a Telescope session, allowing for conversation while the App user is navigating the TV user's TV. Talk Mode is enabled by the App user during a Telescope session by tapping or clicking on the Talk Mode icon in the top right corner. When Talk Mode is enabled, a small message appears on the TV in the top right corner that informs the TV User that Talk Mode is active.

Other Improvements and Changes
- Improved presence detection model for JubileeTV Vision in Activity Feed
- Closed Captions now have an even larger text option
- Closed Captions for Video Calls must be enabled or disabled in the app-side Console settings prior to starting a Video Call
- When making an AutoConnect Video Call, the App user can determine whether or not the TV User is able to decline an incoming call
- Improved user flow for power state monitoring during Console setup
- Improved TV user experience when receiving a Video Call in Passive Mode
- All locations in Puerto Rico are now supported by JubileeTV
Bug Fixes
- We corrected an issue where the App would show a Console as offline, even though it was online
- We corrected an issue where the App would show the Smart Plug as not calibrated, even though it was
- We corrected an issue where iOS App users were unable to upload certain photos
