Detailed Network Requirements
This document is primarily meant for unique internet networks. If you have a home internet network, then you don't need to worry about these requirements.
The JubileeTV Console works very similarly to other devices connected to the internet in your home, such as PCs and mobile devices.
In some rare cases, a network may have restrictions in place that prevent the full performance of the JubileeTV Console. This is most common in enterprise settings, such as at a senior living community. Below are common settings that may interfere with the JubileeTV Console's ability to connect to the internet.
If you have to complete a "splash page" to connect your mobile device or computer to the internet, you will not be able to connect the JubileeTV Console. Please find another network/internet connection that does not require this.
The following ports are required to be open: 8080, 8079, 443, 9876, 80, 9292, 5353, 1900, 8060, 23, 3689, 7000, 9099, 8088.
If you are using a Roku with IP Control, device to device communication must be enabled for your network.
