Installing JubileeTV Console
Installing the JubileeTV Console takes place after you create your JubileeTV Membership. When creating your JubileeTV Membership, you have the option to select a Virtual Install or Self Install — more details on Virtual vs Self Install can be found below.

A Virtual Install takes place during a scheduled call with one of our JubileeTV experts. They will be able to assist you in setting up your JubileeTV Console, and answer any questions you have about JubileeTV.
Self Install is a self-driven approach to setting up your JubileeTV Console. Should you run into any hiccups during your setup, our Support Team is happy to assist.
A Professional Install is a paid option for customers in which a HelloTech technician visits to install the JubileeTV Console. The Professional Install option can be selected and purchased when creating your JubileeTV Membership. The cost for a Professional Install is a one-time, $99 fee. If you have already created your membership and would like to purchase a Professional Install, our Support Team is happy to assist.
What can I expect when installing the JubileeTV Console? You can expect to physically place the JubileeTV Console and the Smart Plug. Additionally, you can expect to "learn" the TV that will be used with the Console and any source devices that will be used. "Learning" a device is setting up the device to work with JubileeTV, primarily creating the opportunity for the JubileeTV remote to determine how to control the source device and the TV.
How long will it take me to install the JubileeTV Console? It takes most customers around 30 minutes to install the JubileeTV Console. This timeframe can be shorter or greater in time, depending on the uniqueness of your environment/setup. We promise that the setup time is worth it!
If I purchased JubileeTV, do I need to be physically present to install the JubileeTV Console? Not technically, no, but we do recommend that the Primary Admin (or the person that purchased the JubileeTV Console and JubileeTV Membership) is a part of the physical setup of the JubileeTV Console.
What can I expect during a Virtual Install? A JubileeTV Pro will call you via phone at the time of your scheduled install. They will learn about your environment/setup (learning about what devices you have, your internet connection, etc). After that, they will walk you through the installation process and assist with any hiccups that might occur. To wrap up, they will assist you in setting up the JubileeTV app and give you a quick tour of the JubileeTV solution.
