Setting up JubileeTV App

Overview

The JubileeTV App is the avenue in which family members and friends (or anyone related to the TV End User) interact with the JubileeTV System. In order to receive access to the JubileeTV system for a specific person(s), you will need to be invited by the Primary Admin.

The JubileeTV App is accessible in the following three ways:

  1. In any modern web browser at app.getjubileetv.com
  2. On an iOS or iPadOS device (such as an iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch)
  3. On an Android device that has access to the Google Play Store

To download the mobile app, navigate to the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store on your mobile device.

To access the JubileeTV App on the web, just click this link or enter app.getjubileetv.com into the URL bar of your browser.

Setting Up the JubileeTV App as a Primary Admin

Reminder: the Primary Admin is the person whose email address was used to create the JubileeTV Membership.

As the Primary Admin, your JubileeTV App account was created at the time in which you signed up for the JubileeTV Membership. After you create your membership, you will be guided to login to the JubileeTV App. You should use the email address that you used when signing up for the membership to login to the JubileeTV app.

If your JubileeTV Console is not set up at the time in which you log in to the app the first time, you will receive instructions on how to set it up.

Setting Up the JubileeTV App as a Contact

After the JubileeTV Primary Admin sends you an invitation, you will receive an email. Within this email, instructions are included about how to setup your user account with JubileeTV. Please note that when you are signing up as a Contact within a current JubileeTV Membership, there is no cost to use JubileeTV.

After you create your user account as a JubileeTV Contact, you will be able to interact with the JubileeTV System based on the permissions that were granted to you by the Primary Admin. If there are elements of JubileeTV that you are not able to utilize, please contact the Primary Admin for your JubileeTV Membership.
