- From the TV: Press the J button on the remote and select the Photos or Videos tile.
- From the App (Telescope): Open Telescope, select the Actions tab, and choose Photos or Videos under "JubileeTV Destinations."
Notifications on the TV
Notifications alert the TV User when new content arrives. This behavior changes based on your Photos & Videos Notifications setting within TV Interface SettingsTV Interface Settings:
- If Notifications are ON: A pop-up appears on the TV. The TV User can select View (opens the message thread to see the media) or Dismiss (hides the pop-up). Dismissed items are marked with a notification badge on the Contacts > [Sender Name] > Message tile.
- If Notifications are OFF: No alert appears. The Photos or Videos tiles on the TV home screen will show a numeric badge indicating unseen items.
- If Messaging is Disabled: Notifications are automatically forced OFF. New media will only be indicated by badges on the home screen Photos and/or Videos tile.
The Slideshow
JubileeTV can automatically rotate through shared photos in a slideshow format.
How to Start the Slideshow
- Auto-Play: The slideshow starts automatically if the TV remains inactive on a JubileeTV screen (e.g, the JubileeTV home screen) for 10 minutes.

- Sending: Because messaging is disabled, media must be sent via the Photos & Videos tile in the App.
- Viewing: Content can only be displayed on the TV by an App User via Telescope. The TV User cannot navigate to the library on their own.
- Notifications: No on-screen notifications or alerts are shown.
- Slideshow: Can only be started/managed via the App and Telescope.
