Using More Than One Console

3min

A JubileeTV Membership includes the ability to use multiple Consoles for the same TV End User. One JubileeTV Membership can use up to 4 Consoles in the same membership.

The Consoles must be located in the same residence and connected to the same network.

Overview

When a JubileeTV Membership has two or more Consoles, both Consoles will be accessible to Contacts in the JubileeTV app. The Consoles work independently, meaning: each Console will need to have it's own output device (TV), source devices, remote, power supply, smart plug, etc.

However, each Console will be associated to the TV End User and specific elements on the TV End User's profile will apply to all Consoles:

  • TV Favorites will be applied to all Consoles (as long as the same source device is connected to both Consoles)
  • Video Calls will ring on all Consoles
    • When a Video Call is accepted on one Console, the call will stop ringing on the additional Console(s).
  • Notifications and Messages will be sent to all Consoles
    • If a Notification or Message is acknowledged on one Console, the pop-up will be removed on the additional Console(s).
  • Photos & Videos sent to the TV End User will be accessible on all Consoles
  • The notification for Daily Check-In, if enabled, will appear on all Consoles
    • When the notification is acknowledged on one Console, the pop-up will be removed on the additional Console(s).

Adding an Additional Console

To add an additional Console to your JubileeTV Membership, contact JubileeTV Support and provide the Console ID of the additional Console(s). Do not create another account with the new Console. The Primary Admin of the JubileeTV Membership is required to make the request to add an additional Console to the membership.
