User Roles

jubileetv has two global user types tv end user and app user there are additional roles and permissions for app users tv end user the tv end user is the person or people that are using the jubileetv console in their home app user an app user is a person that is using the jubileetv app to interact with the jubileetv solution there are three types of app users primary admin contact admin contact to manage contact admins and contacts, navigate to the contacts card in the jubileetv app primary admin user the primary admin is the primary contact for the jubileetv solution they own and are responsible for the jubileetv subscription the primary admin has access to all features of jubileetv by default and those permissions cannot be changed additionally, the primary admin can manage the subscription for jubileetv most families treat a power of attorney (poa) as the primary admin for jubileetv contact admin user a contact admin has full access to all features of jubileetv a contact admin is very similar to the primary admin the only difference is that a contact admin cannot manage the subscription for jubileetv contact admins are able to manage contacts (which includes adding and deleting contacts) use telescope to remotely control the tv make video calls and autoconnect video calls manage tv favorites set reminders contact user a contact has limited access to all features of jubileetv and permissions can be applied at the feature level for most features (i e a primary admin or contact admin can restrict specific features for a contact should they choose to do so)
