A JubileeTV Console connected via Wi-Fi network will be disconnected if:

1. **Password Changes: **The password for the current wireless network has been updated.
2. **Network Name Changes: **The network no longer exists or has been replaced by a new router or service provider.

**Note:** When the connection is lost, the Console must be reconnected to a network before any features requiring an internet connection can be used.

# Updating Console Wi-Fi Credentials

1. **Open Settings: **On the JubileeTV remote, press the **GUIDE **button three times, then press the **blue J **button once.
2. **Navigate to Network:** Select the **Network **tile from the main menu.
3. **Configure Network**: Select **"Set up wireless network."**
4. **Connect: **Select the Wi-Fi network you want to join and enter the password when prompted.

**Important Note:** If the console is not connected to the internet (via WiFi or Ethernet) and, there is a need to change the WiFi credentials on the console then it is a must to have the JubileeTV voice remote.
