## JubileeTV Console Requirements

### Internet Connection

The JubileeTV Console will need to connect to the internet. The Console can either be connected to a wireless network or a wired network. 

We recommend a minimum connection speed of 5 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. A normal home internet network usually has at least 50 mbps download and 25 mbps upload.

### Source Device

The JubileeTV Console requires at least one source device with an HDMI output. You will plug an HDMI cable into the JubileeTV Console from your source device. 

If you do not have a source device and watch streaming apps using the apps on your TV, consider purchasing a Roku. **JubileeTV will not work for you if you want to use the streaming apps that are locally present on your TV. **

## JubileeTV App Requirements

The JubileeTV App is accessible using a browser or a mobile app. The mobile app can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. The website to access the JubileeTV App is [app.getjubileetv.com](https://app.getjubileetv.com). 

The JubileeTV web app is supported in most modern browsers, including Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari and Microsoft Edge. It is recommended to be using the most up-to-date version of the browser. 

The JubileeTV mobile app (accessible via Google Play Store and Apple App Store) is supported on the below devices: 

- Apple Devices
  - Requires iOS 13.4 or later
  - Requires iPadOS 13.4 or later
- Android devices
  - With the Google Play Store
  - Running Android 11 or later

### App User Requirements

In order to use the JubileeTV app, you must have an email address.
