# Overview

The JubileeTV App is how family and friends connect with the TV End User through the TV. Whether you are the primary account owner (Primary Admin) or an invited guest, the app is your central hub for interaction.

# Download & Access

You can access the JubileeTV App on your phone, tablet, or computer:

- **iOS / iPadOS:** Download from the [Apple App Store](https://www.apple.com/store).
- **Android:** Download from the [Google Play Store](https://play.google.com/store).
- **Web Browser:** Visit [app.getjubileetv.com](https://app.getjubileetv.com) from any modern browser.

# Setting Up as a Primary Admin

The Primary Admin is the person who purchased the Service Plan and started the JubileeTV Membership.

- **Log In: **Open the app or visit the web portal and sign in using the email address used to purchase the Membership.
- **Onboarding:** Once logged in, the app will guide you through system settings and profile creation.

# Setting Up as a Contact Admin or Contact

If you were invited to join a loved one’s JubileeTV, you are either a **Contact Admin** or **Contact**. For more on user roles, see [User Roles & Permissions](docId\:q-DVx5aKG5uEd2isTBcOf).

- **Activation:** Look for an invitation email from JubileeTV. Follow the link inside to create your free account.
- **Cost:** There is **no cost** for Contacts to use the app.
- **Permissions:** Your access depends on your specific User Role:
  - **Contact Admins:** Have full access to features (excluding Service Plan management).
  - **Contacts:** Access is managed on a feature-by-feature basis by an Admin.

# Inviting Others

Once you've created your JubileeTV App account, you can grow the circle of support by inviting more people.

1. Open the JubileeTV App and tap the **Contacts** card.
2. Tap **Invite Contact** and follow the prompts.
3. **Choose a Role:**
   - **Admins** (Primary or Contact) can invite others as either Admins or standard Contacts.
   - **Contacts** can only invite others as standard Contacts. Note: You must have the "Invite a Contact" permission to invite other users. See [User Roles & Permissions](docId\:q-DVx5aKG5uEd2isTBcOf) for more details.
