To use the JubileeTV system, an active Membership and Service Plan is required. The JubileeTV Console and App will not function without a paid Service Plan.

The terms of your Service Plan depend on where you purchased your hardware.

When you purchase directly from us, you are renting the JubileeTV hardware. Your Membership & Service Plan begin on the date of your initial order.

Note: If you cancel a rental plan, all hardware (Console, remote, and cables) must be returned within 30 days.

If you purchased hardware from a retailer, you own the JubileeTV hardware. Your Service Plan begins when you follow the in-box instructions to activate your Console. See Installing the JubileeTV Console: Start Activation for details.

Access the Service Plan Management portal to view or update your subscription information. The portal can be accessed either directly or through the JubileeTV app.

Changes to your billing cycle can be made from Service Plan Management portal at ServicePlan.GetJubileeTV.com.

In certain cases—such as when billing information is not updated after a failed Service Plan payment—the JubileeTV system will switch to Limited Functionality Mode. While in Limited Functionality Mode:
