The JubileeTV Console requires a stable internet connection to function properly. If your Console is showing as "Offline," follow these steps to identify and resolve the cause.

### 1. Verify Power to the Console

The most common cause of a Console appearing offline is a loss of power.

- **Check the Front Light:** If there are no lights visible on the front of the JubileeTV Console, it is likely powered down.
- **Check the Plugs:** Ensure the power cable is pushed firmly into the back of the Console and that the wall outlet or power strip is switched on.
- **Power Outages:** If there was a recent power surge or outage, the Console may simply need to be unplugged and plugged back in to "wake up."

### 2. Test the Home Internet Connection

If the Console has power but is still offline, the issue may be with the home network.

- **The "Other Device" Test:** Check if other devices in the home (like a smartphone, tablet, or laptop) are currently able to connect to the internet.
- **If all devices are offline:** Restart your home router by unplugging it for 30 seconds and plugging it back in.

### 3. Perform a Power Cycle

If the Console has power and your home internet is working on other devices, a "Soft Reset" of the Console is the next step.

1. Unplug the power cable from the back of the **JubileeTV Console**.
2. Wait **10 seconds**.
3. Plug the power cable back in.
4. Wait **2–3 minutes** for the Console to reboot and re-establish its connection.

### 4. Check for Recent Wi-Fi Changes

The Console will lose its connection if your network settings have changed.

- **New Credentials:** If you recently changed your Wi-Fi name or password, the Console will remain offline until it is updated.
- **The Fix:** Please follow the instructions in our guide: [Updating Console Wi-Fi Credentials](docId:1IWRMByIsFdvhHNxAbXiD)

### 5. Persistent Offline Issues

If your JubileeTV Console goes offline frequently (even if it reconnects later), this usually indicates a weak Wi-Fi signal or network interference.

- **The Fix:** See our guide [Console has poor network quality](docId\:T0k7pvtz0-PjCZ79lNMXo) for steps on improving signal strength or switching to a wired Ethernet connection.
