# Overview

Occasionally, the Activity Feed algorithm may mistakenly identify an object or movement—such as a picture on the wall, a window reflection, or a shifting shadow—as a person. Reporting these "false detections" is the best way to help **JubileeTV** learn and improve its accuracy over time.

# How to report a false detection

You can report a false detection for **any event that captured a photo**. Follow these steps:

1. **Open your Activity Feed:** From the App home screen, tap the **Activity Feed **card to open the **Daily View**.
 - Note: If you manage more than one Console, ensure you have selected the correct one from the top of the screen.
2. **Navigate to Hourly View:** Locate the hour block where the error occurred and tap the **right arrow** to see the detailed breakdown.
3. **Select the Photo:** Tap the specific image that contains the false detection.
4. **Initiate the Report:** Tap **Report False Detection **located directly below the image.
5. **Provide Consent:** Tap the checkbox to allow our support team to securely view the photo for troubleshooting purposes.
6. **Identify the Error:** Select the option that best describes the issue (e.g.,*"Something was mistaken for a person"*).
7. **Add Details (Optional):** Use the comments box to provide extra context, such as "Shadow from the ceiling fan triggered this."
8. **Submit:** Tap **Submit False Detection Report** at the bottom of the screen.

Once submitted, you'll see a pop-up confirmation.

# Cancelling a Report

Once a report is submitted, it cannot be cancelled. If you start filling out a false detection report and decide you no longer want to submit it, simply tap the back button to exit the flow.
