# Signing in to the JubileeTV App

JubileeTV uses a secure, passwordless sign-in process. Instead of memorizing a permanent password, you use a **One-Time Password (OTP)**—a unique PIN sent to your email each time you need to sign in. 

Note: Because you don't have a password, there is no "Forgot Password" link.

# How to Sign In

Open the JubileeTV App on your mobile device or go to [app.getjubileetv.com](https://app.getjubileetv.com/auth/WelcomeScreen) from your browser window.

## If you are already signed in

The app will open directly to your App home screen.

## If you are signed out

1. Enter the **email address** associated with your JubileeTV account.
   - Note: if you have a verified mobile number on your account, you can enter your mobile number instead of your email address.
2. Check your inbox for an email containing your **6-digit PIN**.
3. Enter that PIN into the app to complete the sign-in.
